I have no wi...I've tried to fast, but simply can't. <br><br>I have no willpower anymore, although I certainly know about the benefits of fasting.<br>I just started reading a book called "The Call" by Oriah Mountain Dreamer. She starts the book with a fast and by the end of the first chapter she's in deep dung and needs to be rescued.
